Bio Electric Academic Programs

I am looking for institutions, either academic or research facilities that promote bio electric testing and product development. I have hypothesized a system that bifurcates music/sounds into vibrations and electrical impulses with respect to certain bio-rhythm metrics. To date, I have not found institutions which endeavor in this realm.

Any leads in this most fascinating arena would be most appreciated.

    You will most likely find results only outside of North America. I would suggest starting your search in Germany, where much of the modern research into such technologies takes place.
