The Charge of Static Electricity is formed when the Protons of atoms are trapped by gravity and only the electrons can move.

Ergo the phenomena of Electromagnetism can extend between the extremes of Magnetic Flux and Static Charge.

Charge is the particulate form of Electromagnetism and Flux is the wave form of Electromagnetism.

Charge extends between the Proton and the Electron and FLux extends between the Electron and the Photon.

Protons are massive and Photons are entergetic and Electrons are what connect the two (Protons and Photons).
